Buying from abroad You live in another country and cannot fly in for ten viewings. I film every house, show it to you on video, and you only travel when it is worth it.

You have no time You work, you have children, and you are not spending Saturdays on homes that do not fit. I do the discarding.

You want something rare A house on one specific street, a farmhouse with a tourist licence, a penthouse with two parking spaces. I go door to door for it.

What people usually ask me

How is this service charged? With fees agreed in writing at the start, tied to the purchase. Because I work for you and not the seller, my interest is that you pay less, not more.

Can I buy without coming to Spain? Yes. Almost everything can be done remotely with a power of attorney, and I help with the NIE, the bank account and the mortgage. Even so, I always recommend one trip before signing.

How long does it take? It depends how specific the brief is. With normal criteria, two to four months to find the house; very specific, longer.

And if we find nothing? I tell you. I would rather say that what you want does not exist at your budget than show you homes that will never convince you.
